| Historically the
Fintry Queen sailed
a daily pattern,
travelling north an
hour or two from
Kelowna on afternoon
and evening cruises,
from May through
September. On Sunday
afternoons, she
would travel south,
passing under the
lifting span of the
old Okanagan Lake
Floating Bridge and
along the shores of
the Mission or West
Kelowna, returning
back under the
bridge to downtown
at dusk. With the
completion of the
new Bennett Bridge,
the Fintry could now
travel north or
south every day.
Imagine being able
to board downtown or
at a lakeside
resort, travel to
the parks and
wineries along the
lake, getting on and
off throughout the
day, catching the
vessel each time as
it loops around a
circle of stops
every 2-3 hrs.
The image to the

and possible routes
or stops within a 10
mile radius south of
Kelowna.
